My Dark Passenger
never gives me a warning.
It’s a special Hell.
Those of you who are familiar with the show Dexter will get the reference. I am not claiming to have come up with the term “Dark Passenger.” One of my counselors suggested that I give my bad feelings a name, and I knew that “Dark Passenger” was a perfect reference for them.
Writing is one of my greatest passions. I deeply enjoy writing in my journal. Recently, I’ve decided to write a type of poetry I’ve always enjoyed, the haiku, and share them on my blog.
A haiku is a type of Japanese poetry, and they traditionally consist of only three lines. The first line usually contains five syllables, the second line usually contains seven, and the third usually contains five. They’re normally written about nature, so my version of them will be a slight variation. Regardless, I hope you enjoy reading them. Some will not always be about happy or pleasant topics, but they will be honest.
In sharing these on my blog, all I ask is that you don’t steal them and claim them as your own or someone else’s work, and that you don’t copy and reproduce them anywhere without my explicit permission. If you would like to share them, please let me know and I would absolutely love to speak with you!
